Indeed Lidia it’s all mindset.
The proper mindset most definitely can help you jump over the hurdle of
‘doing’ just about anything….videos, writing, talking to people.
It is the words that you tell yourself when you sit or stand in front of the
camera which have an immense effect on your level of confidence.
The first video is always the most difficult but if you continue doing
them and get your mind out of the way…it gets to be less daunting.

Exactly Miriam, the first one is the hardest. In the beginning I made lots of videos I hadn’t used to share, but with time I became more confident and realized that message is more important.
i have’nt a web site as yet trying to figure out how to get one. Thanks for all your mail i am also beefing up courage to get in front the camera with nothing to say need help badly.
